Access a little temperamental - Yale and bolt locks at the front a little old and intermittent. Access to rear via alleyway doors not as clear as they could be. TV needs to be upgraded. No terrestrial TV and old Sky facilities. Pole to open skylights in kitchen ceiling would be helpful. Otherwise a spacious and well-equipped large cottage in an ideal spot in Southwold.

Glorious walks with our dog along the prom, then onto the dunes to let our dog Buddy run free: then across to Walberswick, on the ferry, such a beautiful Village, which we loved. Two small recommendations though, coat hangers in the hall & frosted glass in the bathroom.
