The village is conveniently located near two popular hiking routes: the Herefordshire Trail and the Wye Valley Walk. Many Tudor timbered buildings, a market hall from the 17th century, unique shops, pubs, and restaurants, and the opportunity to stroll along the River Wye, take a leisurely river cruise, or view the countryside from above can all be found in the market town of Ross-on-Wye. Close by is England's largest oak forest, the Royal Forest of Dean, where you can go on beautiful walks, bike rides, abseils, and canoe trips.
