Yew Tree Cottage in Leominster offers a peaceful and relaxing stay with friendly neighbours and a cosy atmosphere. Guests appreciate the well-equipped property, the personal touches reflecting the owner's travels, and the convenient location for exploring local towns and countryside. The nearby pub is a bonus, although walking there is not advised. Some minor issues were noted, but overall, the cottage provides a charming home from home experience.

There is insufficient information in the reviews to accurately assess the cleanliness of the property.

The cottage is in a rural setting, conveniently located for exploring market towns and the Wye Valley. The proximity to a pub and scenic views are appreciated, though the nearby A road is not suitable for walking.

The property is described as cosy and comfortably furnished, with a log burner adding to the ambience. However, one review mentioned damp furnishings and another found the furniture uncomfortable, suggesting room for improvement.

The cottage is well-equipped with essentials and offers a pleasant courtyard garden. Some guests found the lack of TV and issues with blinds to be drawbacks, indicating that some facilities may need updating or maintenance.

Guests were touched by the personal welcome note and the owner's reflections on their time in Africa and Egypt, which added character to the cottage. While gifts are not explicitly mentioned, the personal touches suggest a thoughtful approach, though such extras should not be expected.

Lovely cottage and neighbours who made a fuss over my dog. Alex is a brilliant point of contact and very helpful especially when dealing with the actual location of the cottage. Driving around rural anywhere looking for a cottage in the dark and wrong place is not much fun. Come on Sykes, sort your map and directions out. From the west you need to look out for the next turning on the right "Docklow Manor" after the King's Head PH. 200 yards.

Furniture uncomfortable,no tv,dated inside.Nosey neighbour.nice view in back garden.Pub over the road is excellent, highly recommend it.

The sofa and cushions were damp I had to put them outside in the sun so if something could be done about that in the future. And the blinds on the upstairs windows shade a lot of light. Apart from that I would definitely come again
