It was lovely and clean. It was however not very warm. It was the first weekend of the cold autumn season and temperatures had dropped a lot the barn was really quite chilly. Try as we did we could not get the central heating to work on our first evening. Luckily there was an electric fire in the living room that was quite efficient. We spoke to the owners next morning and they couldn't see why it was working and so decided it must be because it was too warm, it was not warm. The heating did not work all weekend. Also be aware that the hot tub is in a room away from the main barn and you have to walk out in the general courtyard/parking area to get to it so make sure you take something to cover up in. The hot tub was a great size and had plenty room for 6 adults. Could have been a bit hotter though. The barn is in a great place if you enjoy walking with easy access to the Long Mynd. A 30 minute walk along a road with a footpath brings you into lovely Church Stretton.

Very spacious and very well equipped. Lovely location, quiet but close enough to walk into local town/amenities. Easy to book, check-in and check-out. Would certainly return and recommend to others.

Very comfortable only down side the wifi a bit hit and miss. Won't usually bother us but I had a bit of work to do. In a great location for walking and getting about. Local pub TheYew Tree does fabulous food. Reasonable priced.
