Guests appreciate the peaceful setting, the proximity to walking trails, and the thoughtful touches like homemade cake and fresh eggs. While some mention the presence of a nearby railway, it does not detract significantly from the overall positive experience.

Most guests found the cottage to be clean and well-maintained, with only a few isolated reports of cleanliness issues. The majority of reviews do not raise concerns, suggesting a generally high standard of cleanliness.

It was well equipped we had everything we needed. Carole was an amazing host she made an amazing cake & left us some milk so we could have a brew when we arrived. There is a train line behind but it didn't bother us.

The owner has provided everything necessary in the premises for a short break away & we found nothing lacking. We will keep in touch with the owner as we shared many personal interests & found her quite fascinating. The history of the farmhouse & its renovations is fabulous. What an amazing woman!

Carole was a lovely host and her chickens eggs and home baked cake were amazing. My little Yorkshire terrier loved the fields all around and the long walks in the Shropshire hills. Easy walk to All Stretton and Church Stretton and the Yew tree pub in All Stretton is highly recommended. Will definitely be going back again.
