Set on the dairy cow grazed fields of Pitchford Park Farm, one of the three working farms on the Pitchford Estate, Tree House Barn is an eco-friendly escape, with water coming from a nearby well and renewable energy from an air source heat pump and the Estate's solar farm. Step inside the contemporary open-plan living space where underfloor heating will warm you in the colder months whilst you socialise with your loved ones in this bright and spacious setting. The only thing that needs improvement is the comfort of the king-size bed mattress. My husband and I both suffer from bad backs which is perhaps why we found it uncomfortable, perhaps a mattress- topper would sort it? But apart from that we had a most enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

The weather was great and we could have spent more time outside with decent furniture. The flies were a big issue had to buy extra fly killer. There was no microwave, extra chopping boards would be helpful . The paintwork is looking tired on window frames and doors also the weeds by back door could do with removing.We are not being nasty but for the money it could have been better.

Incredible seeing how such an old barn can be turned into something so beautiful. The dog walking was the best part, lots to explore. Lovely and peaceful, ideal for a quiet relaxing stay. Bed was slightly uncomfortable for us but that is pure preference. Lovely farm drive, not sure why other reviews said this was a problem, just go slow, itâs a working farm?! Karen was so lovely, 10/10, will definitely book again.
