Guests appreciate the proximity to local attractions and the adjacent pub, The Bell, for its delightful meals. The property is considered a great base for exploring the surrounding countryside and historic sites. While the lack of outdoor space for pets and personal groceries storage is noted, the overall experience is reported as very positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Reviewers consistently mention the property's spotless condition and high standards of cleanliness, with several guests specifically highlighting how clean the property is, even when pets are allowed.

The property's location is frequently described as peaceful, beautiful, and convenient for visiting Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds. The adjacent pub and the ease of accessing local attractions contribute to the high rating.

Guests find the property very comfortable, with a cosy atmosphere and a well-equipped space. The comfortable bed is often mentioned, although there is a single mention of the sofa being less suitable for those with back problems.

The property is praised for being well-equipped and thoughtfully designed. However, a few guests missed having an outdoor space and storage for groceries, which slightly impacts the score.

Loved it! It had everything that we need and even more. It is a shame that the local farmers are so mean and there seems to be no access to footpaths unless you drive somewhere else.
