Guests say

Woodlands in Yorkshire Dales is highly praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and prime location. Guests appreciate the friendly hosts, well-equipped facilities, and the property's dog-friendly policy. The garden and local walks are highlights, as are the thoughtful touches like fresh croissants and biscuits. Despite one negative comment about a carpet cleaning charge, the overall sentiment is extremely positive, with many guests planning to return.

Reviewers consistently mention the property's cleanliness, describing it as 'impeccably clean', 'very clean', and 'modern, clean and comfortable'. The high frequency of these compliments suggests a very high standard of cleanliness.

The property's location is frequently praised for being peaceful, with easy access to Skipton and local attractions. Its proximity to walks and pubs, as well as the scenic Yorkshire Dales, contributes to a high location score.

Guests describe their stays as cosy and comfortable, highlighting the well-equipped flat and the extra touches that add to the comfort, such as a wood burner and a trampoline for children.

The facilities are generally well-received, with mentions of a well-equipped apartment, garden, and playing equipment. However, a couple of minor issues with windows and a shower switch prevent a perfect score.

The hosts' thoughtfulness is noted in several reviews, with mentions of fresh croissants, biscuits, and other provisions. While these gestures are highly appreciated, guests should note that such personal touches, though common, are offered at the hosts' discretion.

We had another fantastic stay at Woodlands. The apartment has everything you need a real home from home. The setting and gardens are beautiful and peaceful. The owners are friendly and helpful. This was our second stay and we would not hesitate in booking this holiday property again.

Owners very welcoming and friendly but not intrusive. We love Cononley village (where we have friends) and surrounding area. Would highly recommend Woodlands as the perfect base.
