Adjacent to the bedrooms, a family bathroom awaits. At the back of the property, there's a petite unenclosed space with bench seating. The cottage is surrounded by fields and an old, abandoned stable where you might catch a glimpse of deer, hares or the Little or Barn owls paying occasional visits. Get ready for a feathered spectacle, your stay at this East Coast cottage is sure to be a real "owl" time favourite! Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 single. 1 bathroom shower over the bath and WC. 1 downstairs WC. Electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. TV in the lounge with Humax box with Freesat channels and DVD player (will need to bring own dvds). Radio/CD player with USB and SD card slots. Board games. Juliette balcony with the king size room. Small non enclosed area to the rear of property with bench seating. Off street parking space outside the front of the property. Pubs, shops and restaurants within 2 miles. Garden centre with café and gift shop with 0.5 miles. Children must be old enough to sleep in a full size single bed as no cot or high chair is available. Please note the charging of electric vehicles is not permitted during your stay.
