The location is highly praised for its fantastic views, proximity to the coast, and accessibility to local attractions such as Bempton Cliffs and Flamborough Head. The rural setting offers a peaceful retreat while still being close enough to enjoy nearby towns.
The property is generally found to be comfortable, with spacious rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. However, some guests mention issues with mattress comfort and a lack of larger cooking pans for groups, which suggests room for improvement.
Facilities are appreciated, with special mentions of the secure garden and the property's equipment. Nonetheless, guests have noted a lack of essentials such as dishwasher tablets and larger pans, as well as some maintenance issues with windows and the dishwasher.
The provision of dog bowls and blankets, a Christmas tree with fairy lights, and a welcome hamper are thoughtful touches that guests have enjoyed. It should be noted that such gifts, while appreciated, may vary and are not guaranteed for every stay.

Two dinning rooms, two lounges all the space you need and accommodation for eight. The positive dog positive fibe made our Dog Nell feel at home. The utility room and attached wet room is ideal for walkers. Pleasant guarden and patio would have been used more had the weather allowed. Great value for money.

There were no dishwasher tablets; no washing up liquid; only one toilet roll in each bathroom; and there was no hand-wash in the bathroom upstairs. In previous cottages there has always a selection of condiments, such a salt and pepper, sauces etc and also cleaning products left from previous occupants but, unfortunately, this time there wereât any.

It was in a rural location but easily accessible. It was like a home from home with all of the appliances available. Our dog loved the enclosed large garden at the property. The property owner has been very helpful contacting us after our son mislaid some of his property, which was above and beyond our expectations and we are very grateful. We would highly recommend this property we feel relaxed and rested after our visit. We will definitely visit again in the near future.
