While some guests mention issues with cleanliness and maintenance, the overall experience is positive, with many looking forward to returning.

The welcome hamper was a lovely touch too. Perfect for all ages, we had a family get together and the games room was great for the kids and when they went to bed the big kids played. The hot tub was lovely and warm perfect for some chill time. Thank you for a great time.

Chalkboard in games room 3. Toilet bins 4. More outside green bins for both properties 5. Needs better cleaning as we found food under sofa, freezer, down sides of beds and bathroom floors still dirty. 6. Nowhere to plug in freezer because wire wasn't big enough to plug into wall. Was nicely decorated and location was good.
