This property has a host of amenities within walking distance, this desirable base is well-suited to families or groups of six seeking a rural retreat. Step into the warmth of the sitting room where a woodburning stove awaits you after each day of adventure, the wooden furniture creating a classic and homely interior from which to relax amidst, while all of the Smart TV, stereo, Bluetooth speaker, and the fantastic selection of books and games make the perfect way to while away the evenings. Move through to the kitchen/diner where the whole group can gather around the table to enjoy a home-made meal, the wonderful range of appliances including an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine chiller, washing machine and a dishwasher sure to make your stay a breeze. Also on the ground floor you can find a convenient cloakroom, while the first floor is host to the family bathroom, a spacious spot to prepare for your day, while the master double bedroom boasts its very own en-suite shower room as well as a television, offering all you could need for a relaxing retreat. The further two bedrooms consist of a bunk room and a twin, providing a flexible sleeping arrangement for a variety of group needs, with each room benefiting from ample storage space and a simple yet stylish interior. Begin your days out on the private patio, a lovely spot to enjoy rejuvenating coffee each morning, before pulling on your walking boots and heading out to explore Ingleton. There is also private access to a lovely stream with a sitting area to enjoy. The village hosts a good selection of welcoming pubs, shops and a delicious bakery all resting along the waterside, as well as Ingleton Pottery making a lovely stop where you can pick up the perfect souvenir and even watch potters working from the showroom and enjoy workshop tours. Ingleton is renowned for its beautiful Waterfalls' Walk, a 7km circular route leading you to ancient rock bases past the soothing sounds of the waterfalls, alongside plenty of wonderful geology to spot with the area being a Site of Scientific Interest with a lovely café being found here too for an afternoon treat. Explore the wonder of the White Scar Caves, the longest show cave in Britain, here you can take guided tours to discover even more geological wonder for an experience like no other, or venture further into the National Park to discover the imposing famed Three Peak of Ingleborough, the second-highest mountain in the Yorkshire Dales, it makes a wonderful day out for the adventure seeker as you tackle its summit to reach rewarding views, with Pen-y-ghent, Whernside offering a challenge for another day.
