Lottie's Loft in Grassington is highly praised for its cleanliness, cosy comfort, and prime location. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches, such as welcome gifts and well-equipped facilities, despite occasional mentions of parking challenges and steep stairs. The property is a favourite for its homely feel and proximity to local amenities, making it an excellent base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales.

The central location in Grassington is frequently highlighted as ideal, with easy access to local shops, pubs, and walking areas. Parking is noted as a challenge, but the proximity to amenities compensates for this.
Guests find the property cosy and comfortable, with a particularly comfy bed and warm atmosphere. Some guests mention the mattress being too soft, but overall, the comfort level is highly regarded.
The property is well-equipped and beautifully furnished, with guests mentioning the availability of everything needed for a stay. Some minor maintenance issues like a dripping tap and wobbly pan handle are noted, but these do not significantly detract from the overall experience.
The owner's thoughtfulness is evident in the provision of welcome gifts and attention to detail. While such gifts are warmly received, it is noted that they may vary and are not guaranteed for every stay.
A lovely first floor studio apartment, formerly a blacksmith's workshop, in the heart of popular Grassington. Lovingly restored, Lottie's Loft has been individually styled and furnished to provide top quality accommodation in a superb location. There are excellent facilities, with a well-equipped kitchen, open plan living area, a super king-size bed, a separate dressing room and an open ceiling with exposed beams and Velux window. An ideal romantic retreat, or simply somewhere to recharge the batteries and enjoy Dales life at its finest, Lottie's Loft is a minute's walk from the village's wide range of shops and pubs, while Grassington's Dickensian weekends and festivals are not to be missed! The area is a walker's paradise, with beautiful walks along the river to Linton Falls, as well as more challenging walks into the nearby hills. An outstanding holiday cottage, not to be missed! Note: Can be booked with Ref 2317 to sleep 4.
Grassington is one of the most charming villages in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Traditional stone cottages and shops are clustered around the cobbled market place, offering exceptional shopping facilities for a village of this size, with a monthly farmer's market offering a mouthwatering range of organic and homemade local produce. Situated on the River Wharfe, with the extensive Grass Woods to the north of the village, this is a superb walking area. Down dale is Bolton Abbey with the Abbey ruins, the Priory and the famous "Strid Walk". A little further is the elegant town of Ilkley, overlooked by the famous Ilkley Moor. Up dale are Kettlewell and Buckden boasting spectacularly beautiful limestone scenery. With many other beauty spots scattered throughout Wharfedale, Grassington provides a great base for exploring the local area and all that the Dales have to offer, with Brontë Country and York also being within easy motoring distance.
