The dog-friendly apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends with older children, offers a spacious lounge and a welcoming kitchen/diner, and is within easy reach of attractions including the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
The apartment stands on a quiet residential street lined with enchanting period properties. Its front door is accessed via four flights of external stairs, with a bright and welcoming hallway beyond. To the left of the hallway lies a spacious lounge, a comfortable area with high ceilings and wooden flooring, along with comfortable sofas that bathe in natural light pouring in through a large window. Back across the hallway is the kitchen/diner, an impressive space with ample work surfaces, tiled flooring and a table and chairs in the corner of the room that sits beneath a large window. A king-size bedroom with ample storage space is also found off the hallway, as is a large family bathroom. An open-tread staircase in the hallway leads up to the second floor, home to a second king-size bedroom in the eaves, with a spacious shower room next door.
A footpath almost directly outside the apartment leads to Valley Gardens (0.5 miles), a wonderful place for visitors who like the sound of long walks around attractive gardens and a chance to learn about the area’s rich history. Harrogate town centre offers an impressive array of cultural attractions, shops and eateries, many of which are housed in stunning period buildings. The Yorkshire Dales National Park (12 miles) is blessed with stunning landscapes, pretty villages and endless walking and cycling trails suitable for the whole family.
