The secure garden is a hit with dog owners, and the property's warmth and cleanliness are often mentioned. Its location in Ripon is appreciated for the proximity to local amenities and attractions.
The majority of guests find the property clean, with specific compliments to the bedding and towels. However, a few guests noted a smell and suggested the garden and exterior could be tidier.
The location is highly regarded for its quietness, proximity to local shops, and ease of access to Ripon's centre. Guests enjoy the nearby walks and dog-friendly pubs.
Guests find the beds very comfortable and the property warm. Some guests mentioned the lounge layout and seating could be improved for comfort.
Facilities are modern and generally well-received, especially the kitchen and bathroom. However, there are recurring comments about the need for maintenance, such as the carport roof and kitchen floor, and suggestions for additional amenities like a washing machine.
