Upon entering this single-storey lodge, you will be greeted by a spacious open-plan area, thoughtfully designed to cater to all your needs. The kitchen is well-equipped, ready for you to prepare your favourite meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table set for four. After dinner, retire to the sitting room, where a Smart TV awaits for a snug movie night in. The lodge offers two well-presented bedrooms, a double and a twin, both providing a space to drift off into a refreshing night's embrace. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and an overhead shower, perfect for a refreshing start to your day or a relaxing soak in the evening. Step outside onto the enclosed wraparound decking, where you can unwind with a good book or simply enjoy the calmness of your surroundings. The outdoor furniture is ideal for alfresco dining or a morning coffee, and the hot tub adds a touch of indulgence, perfect for soaking away any cares under the stars. Richmond, a short drive away, hosts a wealth of attractions, giving every visitor something to take pleasure in. Start at the towering Richmond Castle, and then quietly wander through the serene Easby Abbey. The picturesque Yorkshire Dales, known for its charming landscapes and walking routes, are perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. The village and civil parish of Hipswell makes up the northern part of Catterick Garrison, Richmondshire. The village was mentioned in the Domesday Book, 1086, as being in the hundred of "Land of Count Alan" and retains parts of its history with its handful of quaint churches. Visitors can enjoy playing a game of putty at Catterick Golf Limited and stretching their legs on the village's vast playing fields. Hipswell is served by multiple amenities, including: schools, supermarkets, convenience stores and eateries, meaning visitors won't have to travel far for the things they need during their stay. The village also boasts ample access to the Yorkshire Dales National Park, being in Swaledale itself, with the 268 miles-long Pennine Way trail to walk, the glorious limestone formation of Malham Cove to explore and the striking ruins of Bolton Priory to marvel at. Hipswell is less than two miles south of Richmond, history fans will be especially pleased with this, as the town is home to The Green Howards Museum, Easby Abbey and the Richmondshire Museum; Richmond is additionally home to The Station, a superb spot for evening entertainment, comprising of a cinema, gallery and restaurant. Note: No dogs are allowed on the furniture or beds, all dogs must be supervised at all times; no dogs are to be left unattended in the lodge at any time property.

Please note; due to the hot tub being cleaned on the day of arrival, the temperature may not be at it's peak on the first day.
