Perfect stay. You are a 2 minute walk into the centre of Helmsley. Cottage was immaculate and all very comfortable and great amenities. The welcome hamper was really high quality local produce. We had an excellent stay.

We couldn't fault the cottage at all. It was very clean and warm. There was plenty of really hot water and all the equipment was top quality. The location was excellent, being in a quiet cul-de-sac only 5 minutes walk from the Market Square. The welcome pack was of very good quality and the icing on the cake for us was the hot tub and the sauna. We were very lucky with the weather for November. We would certainly recommend the place and hope to return in the future. The only thing I can recommend is to bring a torch or mobile phone with a torch facility as at 5.o'clock check in it was very dark. You need to be able to access 2 number locks to enter the property and there is no street lighting at the rear of the house.
