Guests generally appreciate the clean, modern chalets with private hot tubs, finding them a good base for exploring the area. The staff are often mentioned as friendly and helpful, contributing to a pleasant stay. Some concerns about cleanliness and maintenance issues are noted, but these do not overshadow the overall positive experiences.
Most guests found their chalets clean and comfortable. However, a few reports of unclean floors, damp towels, and remnants from previous guests slightly mar the overall positive feedback on cleanliness.
The location is praised for its proximity to local attractions and the coast, with good access to public transport and nearby pubs. The quiet and tidy site is appreciated as a base for exploring the surrounding areas.
The chalets are generally found to be cosy and well-equipped, contributing to a comfortable stay. Some guests, however, mention issues with uncomfortable beds and suggest the addition of more seating options.
Facilities like the hot tub are a highlight, though there are comments about maintenance issues such as the hot tub not being ready upon arrival. The lack of cooking facilities and inconsistent Wi-Fi are noted, but the overall maintenance of the property is well-regarded.
Guests mention thoughtful touches like welcome drinks packs and daily serviced hot tubs. While these gifts enhance the experience, it's important to note that such amenities may vary and are not guaranteed for every stay.

Excellent location, attractions within a short driving distance. Chalet was clean. Downsides to chalet 1 was that the WiFi did not work, even when we reached out to the contact number this still wasnât able to be resolved. Bed was quite low and uncomfortable but was manageable for a short stay.
