Nearby there is a superb driving range with a 9 hole golf course, cycle rides and quad biking. A short drive away is Dalby Forest, with fantastic opportunities for walking, mountain biking and the opportunity to experience the Go Ape adventure park. Also easily accessible by car are the seaside resorts of Scarborough and Whitby, the market town of Pickering and the historic city of York. So well maintained and very clean. Beds extremely comfy. Lovely powerful shower, plenty of hot water. One of the nicest cottages we have ever stayed in. My dog was happy running free in the enclosed paddock, something she rarely gets to do. Would definitely recommend this wonderful cottage.

Everything that you would need for your base in the gorgeous east coast. Comfortable, cosy and compact. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we'll be back!

There were lots to do and see. The owner Dan is lovely and welcoming. The cottage itself was great, lots of character and furnished really well. The small touches like tea, coffee, fruit and complimentary wine was lovely⦠even milk in the fridge. Our son and dog loved the garden and was plenty of room to kick a ball about. We have nothing but praise for our lovely holiday and we will be coming back⦠Thank you Dan, it was wonderful!!!!
