Great location,, walking distance to most places in Whitby, comfortable and well equipped. Only things I would mention are the hot tub - we were only advised that this would cost an additional £150 well after we booked. Also, there are no parking permits provided so this wasnât easy when there were at least 5 cars between us so we had to find and pay for parking all weekend.

Upon further inspection not so good: 1. Damp and wet wall left of the window in bedroom facing the rear. 2. Damp on wall and ceiling in the dining room. 3. No plugs in some bathroom sinks. 4. No kitchen linen ie tea towels/kitchen hand towels. 5. No outside heater as informed by owner. 6. The building looks very tired and in need of full decoration. 7. NO HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION PARKING PERMIT SCRATCHCARDS. Also Sykes are totally unhelpful in regard to Whitby location issues. 3 representatives attempted a resolve before we arrived.
Samantha
All the rooms very comfortable and clean. There was everything provided that we needed. There was 13 of us and plenty of room for us all to sit together.
