This makes the main bathroom/showerroom all the more important, but that room is also inappropriate for older folks and kids as it gets very wet and VERY slippy, even with mats. Not sure how 6, or even 4, people could manage as it needs to be mopped after every shower and takes ages to dry. The only window that opens in Bedroom 2 is literally at road level, meaning people are anxious to open it at night - the other window is marked "do not open". The storm doors are not mentioned in the listing and are a pain to open and close every morning/evening. One retaining hook was falling off the wall, meaning we were anxious to use that one, so ended up not using it. Neither are they secured well when open, so they CANT be left open at night! That said, the views were great - when the doors were open. Kitchen & livingroom were good, even if the wifi was somewhat limited. Bedrooms were good, but the ensuite has no hanging space, and the matresses on both double beds felt old & left you feeling like you were going to roll off the bed. The place was fairly clean, although the food gathering in the many cracks on the kitchen table were unhygienic, and the ensuite bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, but we're disappointed by the aspects stated above. It's a nice place, but is overpriced when the drawbacks are considered.

Spent hours just looking out of the windows. Cottage itself was very well equipped and very comfortable

We enjoyed glorious weather while we sat outside watching the tide come in and out. Thanks to the owners for letting us enjoy this perfect location - we can't wait to return.
