Guests have praised Achaglachgach Stables for its comfort, spaciousness, and beautiful decoration, making it ideal for large groups and families. The property's location offers easy access to scenic walks, beaches, and local eateries. While some guests mentioned minor maintenance issues and suggestions for improvement, the overall experience was highly enjoyable, with special appreciation for the cleanliness and the warm welcome provided by the hosts.

The location is celebrated for its proximity to beaches, local attractions, and restaurants. Guests appreciate the peacefulness and the natural beauty surrounding the property.
The property is described as very comfortable, with underfloor heating and spacious living areas. However, some guests noted stiff door handles and a desire for more seating in the living room.

While guests have expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and some have mentioned receiving homemade bread and scones, there is not enough consistent information about thoughtful gestures or gifts to provide a score. It should be noted that such gestures, while appreciated, are not guaranteed.

Built around an inlet on Loch Fyne, Tarbert has long been both a harbour and a key strategic point in the history of Scotland's rugged West Coast. Tarbert once required three castles to protect it, and the ruins of one of these can still be visited today. Built around the natural harbour, fishing and sailing continue to play an important part in the life of the village. There are many annual events to interest all tastes including the sailing regatta on Loch Fyne, seafood and music festivals. The 87 mile Kintyre Way stretches from Tarbert to the south of the Kintyre Peninsula, and offers walking for all levels and with ferry connections to Islay and Arran, there is simply no better location to relax and explore this rugged and picturesque part of Scotland.

We got good signal on EE. We are a family of x5 and we really enjoyed our stay. Visited the Mull of Kintyre, Isle of Arran, and the Isle of Gigh. We were situated nicely to get up to Oban and Mull but didn't have time. Don't bother with the takeaways as they're terrible. If you're going to eat out then actually go out to eat.
