Just a five-minute drive from the cottage, guests can find the ruins of the historic Invergarry Castle before heading on to the Glengarry Castle Hotel which offers a delicious afternoon tea from the comfort of their regal drawing room. A further five minute drive along the Caledonian Canal brings you to the iconic Laggan Locks and the start of Loch Lochy. Our Cafe Kiosk at the Locks is the perfect spot to pick up a snack during your adventure around one of the Highland's most famous walking and cycling routes. If you're looking for more of a social hub, Fort August to the North (just a 7 minute drive) is home to a variety of quaint pubs and cosy restaurants, as well as the fascinating Caledonian Canal Heritage Centre.
