Inside, you will be greeted by the heart of the home, the open-plan area, where you can enjoy the company of your loved ones.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table.

After dinner, retire to the sitting room, where you can snuggle up in front of the Smart TV and electric fire, pop on some music with built in blue tooth speakers this creating a warm and glowing ambiance.

Further into the property, you will find a sleek shower room, fitted with a walk-in shower, this is an excellent space to unwind with a steamy shower after a day of adventures.

The enclosed decking is a wonderful spot where you can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining using the barbecue or simply relax on the furniture, soaking up the tranquil surroundings of Wemyss Bay, Isle of Bute, watch the sun set over the mountains with the outdoor heater keeping you cosy

Three inviting bedrooms await; a king size bed with a TV, walk-in wardrobe/dressing area and an en-suite featuring a walk-in shower, and two twin rooms, each equipped with a TV/DVD for your morning lie-ins! Hairdryer provided

A quiet, picturesque coastal village, in the county of Inverclyde in Scotland, situated on the fringes of the beautiful Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park which boasts wonderful nature trails and stunning waterfalls. Wemyss bay is a delightfully quaint village in a wonderful location. The area has been a popular tourist destination since the nineteenth century due to its rail connections to the City of Glasgow, as well as the ferry routes to Rothesay and the Isle of Bute which still run today. In terms of amenities, you will find a small selection of shops, including award winning butcher McAskies with its attached bistro and deli. For a wider range of shops and restaurants, head to the seaside town of Largs just six miles south of Wemyss Bay and enjoy a sundae at the world famous Nardini’s Ice Cream Parlour. The town of Greenock is just seven miles north, offering the Oak Mall Shopping Centre, a stunning waterfront and various amusement arcades. Slightly further afield is the town of Port Glasgow and then beyond to the magnificent City of Glasgow with astounding architecture, Cathedral, theatres and elite shopping and dining.

Three bedrooms: 1 x King size bed with TV leading into walk-in wardrobe and dressing area and en-suite walk-in shower and basin and WC, 2 x twin rooms with full size single beds with TV/DVD players, High Chair and Travel Cot available upon request.

Note: The pub, convenience store, launderette, restaurant and cafe on-site with separate burger and ice cream vans; local Tesco, Morrison’s, Asda, Sainsbury stores deliver upon request, local butchers and cafe, chip shop and Grilled-88, Co-op, railway station cafe and bar all within walking distance or short drive, the park's leisure facilities are located at the top of a hill and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues .

Note: Park passes are not included but can be purchased locally from the Parkdean office, this allows access to activities including the heated indoor swimming pool, children's adventure playground and entertainment.

Note: The Park's open season and entertainment/facilities access is from 15 March - 22 November which varies upon season to season.
