Today, St Boswells is known for being on the route of St Cuthberts Way, the long distance path from Melrose Abbey to the Holy Island of Lindisfarne. The lodge was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The garden and decking area was enclosed so our dog could wander around safely, the weather was good so we even enjoyed a sit outside in the sun.
