From Balloch you can take a cruise around Loch Lomond itself and enjoy views of the magnificent Ben Lomond as well as some majestic stately homes and castles. If you prefer to stay on the shore, there are a wealth of attractions including the Sea Life Aquarium and TreeZone Loch Lomond where you can enjoy treetop adventures. If you re looking for something a bit more cultural, visit the National Trust s Hill House which is 8.5 miles away there s also a 19th century castle to explore in Balloch Castle Country Park. Enter this stylish and spacious property into the hall, where you can leave coats and shoes.
