Guests have praised The Lodge for its stunning views, peacefulness, and cleanliness, making it a cosy and welcoming retreat. The property is well-received for its dog-friendly environment and enclosed garden, with many finding it a great base for exploring Anglesey. The thoughtful touches by the owners, such as a Christmas tree and welcome pack, have been appreciated, although some guests noted minor issues with maintenance and facilities.
Most guests found The Lodge to be very clean and tidy. However, a few mentioned minor cleanliness issues such as spider webs and a stray sock, suggesting room for improvement.
The location is highly praised for its wonderful views, quietness, and convenience for exploring Anglesey, with positive remarks about nearby walks and local amenities.
The lodge is described as comfortable and cosy, with a particularly comfortable bed mentioned. Some guests felt the second bedroom was small, but overall the comfort level is rated highly.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, especially the kitchen and living areas. Some guests suggested minor improvements, such as additional kitchenware and a gate for dog security. The issue with WiFi was promptly addressed.
While guests have mentioned thoughtful gestures like a welcome pack and a decorated Christmas tree, there are not enough reviews referencing consistent thoughtful touches to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such gifts are not guaranteed.

It was beautifully furnished, with no expense spared, and everything we needed was there. The owners even added special touches to make us and the lad, our staffy x American bulldog, feel welcome. Look forward to our next visit - thank you so much.
Lorraine
Comfortable and clean. Plenty of walks available with the dogs and enclosed fields for them to run in. Owners friendly and easy to chat to. Only one drawback heating came on weird times of day but all in all a wonderful stay and would stay again and recommend to anybody .
Nigel
Good secure area for a dog. A gate at the entrance to the lodge would make the area totally secure when opening the front door to the lodge . cooking facilities were excellent and the beds were comfortable.
