Palma is a spacious and clean holiday home in a quiet location near the beach, with a private garden and thoughtful touches like chocolates and prosecco. While some guests found the mattresses uncomfortable and the parking challenging, the property's cleanliness and location are generally praised. The kitchen is well-equipped, though some guests suggested additional items for convenience.
Most guests found Palma to be clean, with particular praise for the spotless condition upon arrival. However, a few guests noted areas with dust and one instance of food remnants, suggesting room for improvement.
The property's location is highly regarded, being close to the beach and amenities, with easy access to local supermarkets. The quiet setting is appreciated, although parking can be problematic when the nearby pavement is occupied.
Guests enjoyed the spaciousness and the private garden, but comfort was compromised by reports of uncomfortable mattresses and a lack of extra pillows or blankets. The lounge was found to be comfortable with large sofas.
The reviews provide mixed feedback on facilities and maintenance. While the kitchen is described as well-equipped by some, others found it lacking in cookware and utensils. Issues with the boiler and exposed wiring were noted, but the exact state of overall maintenance is unclear, leading to an indeterminate score.
Guests were delighted by the welcome gifts, which included chocolates, wine, and flowers, adding a touch of kindness to their stay. It should be noted that such gestures, while appreciated, may not be a consistent offering for all future guests.

Both my husband and I were not comfortable on the current ones and had interrupted sleep due to them. Also would benefit from a vacuum cleaner, as sweeping the fine dust, grit and sand from the hard floors, (even though we both took our shoes/boots off at the door), took 3 times as long with a broom and dustpan and brush.

However I found the comments to be exaggerated. The bungalow was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, and spacious minimalist lounge, both easy to keep clean. The beds were slightly hard, but thatâs down to personal preference. The bathroom was scrupulously clean, with plenty of hot water. As an elderly couple, we found the shower very slippery, and I purchased a shower mat before using it. A shelf for toiletries would also reduce be helpful. I must agree that parking was difficult when a neighbour parked on the pavement, however the location was ideal for lovely quiet country walks. The owners were very accommodating, and queries were answered quickly. In summary, a lovely comfortable, quiet property, but I still find the waste disposal process confusing.

The property was deceivingly spacious and we had everything we needed, plus the prosecco and chocolates that awaited us was a lovely touch of kindness. It's a fabulous location and Trearddur Bay is simply delightful. The only disappointment was the quality of the mattress in the bedroom by the bathroom, which my wife and I used. We both woke up with sore backs in the mornings but it didn't overshadow the superb stay we had. Additionally, the parking could be an issue if you had 3 cars for the 6 people the property could hold. The owners should be proud of what they have.
