Guests say

Guests generally appreciate the cottage's stunning location near Trearddur Bay, with its proximity to the beach and coastal walks. The property is praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and modern amenities, though some minor issues with maintenance and cleanliness have been noted. The views and peaceful setting are consistently highlighted as highlights of the stay.

Most guests found the cottage to be clean and tidy, with high-quality bed linen and towels. However, a few reviews mentioned issues such as dog hair, dirty skirting boards, and unclean crockery, suggesting room for improvement in cleaning standards.

The location is highly praised for its beauty and convenience, with easy access to the beach and coastal walks. The peaceful setting and proximity to local amenities contribute to a positive experience, although the lack of a dog-friendly beach in summer and nearby road works were minor drawbacks for some.

Guests found the cottage comfortable, well-furnished, and suitable for small families or couples. Some guests felt the property was too small for four adults, and there were comments about the need for seasonal adjustments to bedding.

The cottage is well-equipped with modern facilities and stylish decor. Some guests encountered issues with hot water and heating, and there were suggestions for minor improvements such as providing a note about tap plumbing and replacing kitchenware.

While guests have mentioned a welcome pack and fast internet, there is insufficient information to assess the overall thoughtfulness of the hosts, such as the consistency of welcome gifts or additional touches that enhance the guest experience.

The front steps are dangerous. There is only a hand rail on the top two. The bottom one is a huge step up and no guard rail on the bottom two. The seating in the living room for the tv is awkward as they are small two seater settees at 90 degrees to the tv. Small niggle I know but makes it awkward and very tight if 4 are there. Otherwise it is lovely and lovely view from the conservatory at the front. Ideal base for the island.

    I would definitely stay again.

Only issue was, there was no small sauce pan and the can opener doesn't work. Petty really, but if you don't mention it, it won't get fixed. Regards Dave and Dot
