Sofas are set around an open fireplace for warmth in colder months. There is a TV and plenty of games, too! To one side of the seating area is a breakfast table with chairs. Step outside the sliding doors and you’ll be on the balcony which has garden furniture. Sit out here with your morning cuppa, or evening glass of wine!

The open plan kitchen and dining space is lovely and sociable. The kitchen makes cooking easy - a six ring and two oven gas range cooker, larder fridge freezer, microwave, tiled floors are here to use. There is a separate utility room that has a washing machine, dryer and sink.

The large family dining table and chairs is perfect for family suppers - that’s also a wood burning stove for chillier evenings. French doors lead to the patio area outside with table and chairs.

The property was spotless everything we could possible need to make our stay a wonderful experience The beds were super comfortable and beautiful linen .great outside area for our dog and very secure although not so secure for small dogs. Easy access to the beach and amenities Added bonus the weather was fab so we really enjoyed the amazing views We would definitely go back!

The balcony was my favourite place, just stunning. The only one downside for me was the gates and securing the garden for our dog, either small fences at each corner of the property to separate the back and front or more user friendly gates, very heavy to lift in place. We also had one of our grandchildren for the first weekend and she’s a toddler not that she was left alone, more peace of mind.
