Guests generally appreciate the Burton Apartment for its cleanliness, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. Its proximity to Treaddur Bay and local amenities is frequently praised, as is the ease of arrival with a code-accessible door. The quiet location by a golf course adds to the tranquil experience, although some guests noted issues with maintenance and suggested improvements.
Most guests found the apartment to be very clean, with fresh bed linen and towels. However, a few mentioned minor issues such as cobwebs, dust, and smears on ornaments, which slightly affected the overall impression of cleanliness.
The location is highly regarded due to its proximity to Treaddur Bay, local amenities, and the quiet setting by a golf course. The ease of access to other parts of Anglesey is also a positive aspect mentioned by guests.
Guests have praised the comfortable beds and the cosy atmosphere of the apartment. Some concerns were raised about the firmness of mattresses and the need for warmer duvets, but overall, the comfort level is considered satisfactory.
While the apartment is well-furnished and the kitchen is equipped for cooking, guests have pointed out a lack of certain items such as oven trays, microwave-proof dishes, and a spare key. Maintenance issues like loose toilet seats and problems with the TV and WiFi connection were also noted.
There is insufficient information to assess the thoughtfulness category as there are no specific mentions of gifts or special touches provided by the hosts. Therefore, this score is set to null.

I spent hours using chat functions and calling Sykes directly and was not helped, I was told i would be called back and this never happened. On arrival at the apartment the heating wasn't on and it was very cold. The wifi didn't work which did effect the quality of our stay as we couldn't enjoy the Christmas tv channels - only bbc 1 and bbc 2 worked. It was advertised within the booking so I do expect to be compensated for this. We couldn't use the internet on our phones or laptops which was really disappointing. I do think think the property has the potential to be fantastic and it was the communication that let it down. The decorating is really nice. I really liked the design of the kitchen and the bedrooms. The apartment was very clean and tidy. There were a few areas i noticed that require repairs but did not effect the quality of our stay - The freezer drawers are broken, there is an area of black mould when you walk immediately through the door at the entrance, the key cupboard for the towel room was unlocked and would not lock. When I have stayed in VRBO accommodation in the past there were tea bags, biscuits etc. On arrival there were containers for tea / coffee and they were empty. For £721.53 I would expect toiletries and tea / coffee , salt and pepper etc. I look forward to hearing your response to my feedback.

Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, great location. Only thing that could be improved is the settee, rather old and a bit stained and picture kept falling off wall. Apart from that highly recommended and will return.
