Within a 5 minute walk of the ancient white-washed church and National Trust beach at Mwnt on the Cardigan Bay coastline, this delightful cottage offers excellent holiday accommodation for a couple or small family.
Cardigan Bay has a pod of resident bottlenose dolphins and seals which are regularly spotted from Mwnt. The heritage coastline scenery is superb and there are numerous places of interest to visit both in Ceredigion and the neighbouring counties of Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire.
The market town of Cardigan is nearby and offers a range of shops and eateries, a castle, a theatre/cinema and a traditional indoor market. Other places to visit would be Aberporth, Tresaith, New Quay, Aberaeron and St Dogmaels. This is one of two cottages at the same location and has sea views from two rooms.
Cardigan, a vibrant market town in Ceredigion, is situated on the River Teifi and features a variety of shops, including smaller independent shops and larger national chains, as well as tea rooms, pubs, restaurants, and a spectacular castle ruin. Beautiful landscape surrounds Cardigan, and the untamed Pembrokeshire coastline is only a few miles away. The Cardigan Island Farm Park, lovely Blue Flag sand beaches like the National Trust beach Mwnt, boat trips to see dolphins and seals, and horseback riding at the welcoming Dyfed Riding Centre are all options for you to explore. Take a trip on National Cycle Route 82 if you enjoy cycling. The Preseli Mountains, which are close by, include beautiful trails for biking and trekking along with some breathtaking vistas and an old stone monument. There are numerous castles, mills, and craft shops nearby, as well as the town of Carmarthen, Dylan Thomas' Boat House in Laugharne, Oakwood Theme Park, Blue Lagoon Indoor Waterpark, Folly Farm Zoo, and the Welsh Wildlife Centre at Cilgerran. They are in a wonderful location. They are beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean and have everything you require to make your stay extremely relaxing and enjoyable. We had the best time.
