Light and airy garden studio in the peaceful Gower village of Three Crosses, with a golf club, restaurant, shop and pub all within walking distance as well as a wealth of local beaches and activities a short drive away. The property is complete with a lovely double bedroom, open plan kitchen/living area, shower room and large enclosed garden surrounded by mature trees, hedges, wildflower areas, flower beds and raised beds for vegetables. There's also a small raised patio with tables and chairs where you can sit out with a drink and enjoy the peace and quiet. For some wonderful days out, visit the fashionable seaside village and 'top shops' of Mumbles, take a drive to Rhossili Bay and marvel at the golden expanse of sandy beach and breath-taking views or head further afield to Carmarthen, Llandeilo, West Wales and Brecon Beacons - all within an hours drive of the property. For cyclists, the North Gower cycle route is close by which links to Mumbles and the Millenium Coastal Path. Famous for it's local cockle industry, the nearby Pen-clawdd village is home to a wonderful ice cream parlour, restaurant and pub as well as far-reaching views across the Loughor River.

Garden studio is situated in the garden of the owner's main property, accessible through side entrance with security lights.

General: Central heating and electricity included. Initial supply of logs for the wood burner included. Bed linen, towels and 1 hairdryer provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits/cake.
