Guests say

Glenview is a well-loved cottage praised for its picturesque location, perfect for walks and relaxation. The garden is a highlight, offering stunning views and a secure space for pets. The local pub and community shop add to the convenience. Access is challenging due to a narrow lane, and parking may require coordination with friendly neighbours.

Most guests found the cottage to be comfortable, though several noted it could benefit from a deeper clean, with mentions of cobwebs and dust. Some decline in cleanliness has been observed over time.

The location is highly praised for its quietness, beautiful views, and proximity to local amenities and walks. The challenging access via a narrow lane is noted, but does not detract significantly from the overall positive reception of the location.

Guests generally find the cottage comfortable, with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. However, some guests mentioned the sofa being narrow and the presence of the owner's belongings as minor discomforts.

The property is well-equipped, with a secure garden and amenities for pets. Some guests mentioned issues with hot water and a need for general maintenance. The presence of personal items was also noted.

While guests appreciated the property's offerings, there is insufficient information regarding thoughtful gestures such as welcome gifts to accurately assess this category.

There was a bat in the kitchen when we arrived which we magaged to evict without harming it. Apart from that and my comments above we thought it was a lovely cottage and very comfortable. We had a very enjoyable week.

Only stayed a week but enjoyed our time - all those living in the cottages around were very friendly. Our Dog (our Labrador "Nell") loved the area with long walks beginning right on the door step, through the woods towards the sand-dunes and beach with an amazing café half way (half an hour to the café, then a further half hour to the beach - Perfect! The Britannia Inn 4 or 5 minutes walk down the hill - Dogs welcome - Food and Drinks good Would definitely consider coming again, any time of the year.

Lovely property and an amazing location. Very well appointed. Much easier to park at the bottom of the road than attempting to drive and up turn.
