About this property
This modern one bedroom home benefits from it's own private garden and parking area. The property is set just a short walk from Slade Bay and is in easy reach of many attractions in the Gower area.
From its enviable coastal location, Low Kiln Bank has amazing views over the sea. This wood clad chalet sits above Slade Bay, just a short walk down to the sandy beach, perfect for picnics and paddling. Interiors are contemporary… step outside and enjoy the views from the balcony with its glass balustrade, table and chairs. This pretty couple’s bolthole is close to Oxwich with its shops and cafes.
With some of the best beaches in the Gower just a short drive away, including Rossilli and Oxwich and Three Cliffs Bay within walking distance, this is the perfect destination for a holiday. Pack up a picnic and spend lazy days at the seaside. Head to Langland with its pretty beach huts and dine at a beach side cafe… simply perfect!

Notes: no smoking. Care should be taken in the garden as there is a sharp drop to the rear of the property where it is cut into the bank.
