Guests have had a delightful experience at Fron Goch Farm, praising its spaciousness, superb equipment, and breathtaking views. The property's suitability for large family gatherings and the helpfulness of the owners are frequently highlighted. While some maintenance issues and cleanliness concerns were raised, they were generally addressed promptly, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Most guests found the property to be comfortable and well-maintained, though there were a few mentions of cleanliness issues such as dirty tissues and old coffee left in the machine. These instances seem to be exceptions rather than the rule, as other reviews do not mention cleanliness as a concern.
The location is highly praised for its stunning views and peaceful setting. It serves as an ideal base for walks and exploring North Wales. However, the property's remote location means it is not within walking distance to local amenities, which is a minor inconvenience for some guests.
Guests consistently mention the comfort of the beds and the cosy atmosphere of the property. The spaciousness and various living areas contribute to the overall comfort. However, some guests noted a lack of hanging space and uncomfortable sofas in certain areas.
The property is well-equipped for large groups, with a well-stocked kitchen and ample social areas. Some guests suggested improvements such as additional hanging space and a guest book for recommendations. There were a few reports of maintenance issues, but these were typically resolved quickly.
While the reviews reflect the owners' responsiveness and helpfulness, there is no specific mention of gifts provided to guests. Therefore, it is not possible to assess the thoughtfulness based on the provision of gifts, and the score is set to null.

Just 3 things. The signage on the main road could be clearer and another sign along the track to the house. A kitchen table that would have sat us all. One last thing a very noisy shower to the left along the corridor.

Thanks again and would definitely recommend

Three generations travelled together and were all delighted with the setting, the accomodation and the local area. The house is very spacious so there is lots of room for everyone and it's very cosy and warm. The kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of crockery and cutlery and two dishwashers too so no running out of anything! The kids can roam around outside safely outside and are well catered for with table tennis, table football, monkey bars and swings and the games room too. A gorgeous house and beautiful settling. We would definitely return if we come back to this area again.
