Guests say

Guests are charmed by Pyllau Farm's stunning location on the Great Orme, with its beautiful views and proximity to Llandudno. The property offers excellent bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a hot tub that adds to the relaxing experience. While some guests mentioned minor issues with maintenance and a lack of instructions for appliances, the overall stay was greatly enjoyed, with special appreciation for the thoughtful welcome pack provided by the owner.

The property is generally praised for its cleanliness, though one guest mentioned having to clean a shower drain. This seems to be an isolated incident rather than a common concern.

The location is highly praised for its beauty and views, with the Great Orme providing a picturesque backdrop and the proximity to Llandudno being a plus. The presence of wildlife adds to the charm.

The property is considered comfortable and spacious, with a special mention of the quality of the bedrooms and bedding. However, some guests noted the lack of dining space for larger groups and the property being cold at times.

Facilities like the hot tub and well-equipped kitchen are appreciated, but several guests reported issues with appliances, lack of instructions, and minor maintenance needs, such as fence repairs and updates for the TV software.

The welcome pack and attention from the groundskeeper demonstrate thoughtfulness. However, it's important to note that such personal touches, while appreciated, may vary and are not guaranteed for every stay.

Pyllau Farm is comfortable and spacious. Plenty of room for us all and the dogs! Great walks around the Orme and if you are brave and up for it the walk into Llandudno is easier downhill than coming back!!! There is always the tram of course...

No contact numbers for the owner, Too many sheep in the garden. Rubbish bins were full with little info about recycling. No information about using appliances. Otherwise a very nice location.

Surrounded by beautiful views and only a mile from Llandudno, it was a steep climb up in the car - we didn't try it by foot! Hot tub was so enjoyable at night after a day sightseeing. Very peaceful and relaxing we would definitely return. The sheep do get through the fence so you do have to be careful with dogs. Thank you so much!
