Guests say

Quayside Cottage in Conwy is praised for its superb location with stunning harbour views and proximity to local amenities. Guests find the property cosy and appreciate the comfortable bed and friendly owner. While some maintenance issues are noted, the charm of the cottage and its setting are recurrent positive themes.

Several reviews mention the need for a deeper clean, with specific references to sticky floors, dusty areas, and a general sense of wear. However, some guests found the cottage to be clean, indicating inconsistency in cleanliness standards.

The location is highly praised for its beautiful views and convenience to Conwy town centre, with easy access to dining and sightseeing. The peacefulness despite proximity to busy areas is also appreciated.

Guests love the comfortable bed and describe the cottage as cosy, especially with the open fire. However, some guests mention uncomfortable seating in the living area and issues with heating regulation.

The cottage is well-equipped for most needs, but guests have reported maintenance issues such as problems with the oven, lighting, and shower. The lack of certain kitchen items and mismatched cutlery are also noted.

There is insufficient information regarding thoughtful touches such as welcome gifts, as they are not consistently mentioned across the reviews. Therefore, it cannot be determined if such gestures are a regular practice at this property.

Good kitchen and bathroom. Comfy bed but could do with new bedding including pillows and mattress covers. We had a very peaceful two weeks and our dog enjoyed his many walks along the coast.

Fresh fish shop nearby, short walk to pubs and restaurants. Parking is tight but OK if you are good at reversing. Kitchen well equipped. Bed very comfortable. Shower good.Cleanliness mostly good but showing signs of a full season of use. One or two minor maintenance issues.

Lovely views of harbour, close to everything you need , can catch buses to lots of places, very clean & immaculate, it’s the perfect place for a quiet getaway or just a base if you want to get to see other parts of north wales
