Hot tub very good. Outside kitchen area needs maintenance - fridge was iced up so there was no freeze box area. There was no frying pan and the utensils and crockery seemed random. Gates to the decking area would help dog owners keep their pets contained. Overall we had an enjoyable weekend stay, but disappointed with the external cleanliness and condition of the pod.

Best to bring extra blankets and outer clothing as the seating area is only covered by the top so the wind does cut through. Unfortunately I cant comment on the hot tub as a facility, as we could not get the fire to stay on long enough to heat the water.

There’s a huge accumulation of cobwebs and other dead insects all around the pod entrance and window of the kitchenette area which made it feel dirty. There were also several light bulbs in both the fairy lights and kitchenette area that were not working. Lots of hidden fees also like having to pay additionally for extra logs etc when the highlight of the stay was the wood fired hot tub. Considering the price we paid for 2 nights this should be included in the cost of the listing. Overall, the facilities are very nice, secluded and peaceful with breathtaking views. We also had a nice relaxing stay but I can’t help feeling a bit ripped off.
