This charming cottage is the perfect base for a multi-generational stay, offering beautiful accommodation for up to six people across the main house and a delightful garden annexe. And with your canine companion welcome too, the whole family can enjoy a tranquil break by the sea. Situated on the outskirts of the fashionable resort town of Abersoch on the Llyn Peninsula, the property boasts fabulous views across the coast towards Saint Tudwal’s Island.

The cottage has been tastefully decorated throughout with a contemporary, maritime scheme; you’ll find the open-plan living area bright and inviting with dining space, comfortable sofas, and a delightful window seat – the perfect spot to take in the views or to delve into one of the many books on offer. Beyond this lies the well-appointed, galley-style kitchen offering all you need to comfortably cater for your stay. A family bathroom completes the ground-floor layout. Head upstairs and you’ll find two attractive bedrooms: a king-size room with an en-suite WC and a twin room. Both offer spectacular sea views. The garden and chalet-style annexe are accessed via the kitchen. The annexe offers a king-size bedroom, shower room and WC. The attractive garden, complete with a patio area and dining set is an inviting spot to enjoy your morning cuppa.

The location of this pretty property offers the best of both worlds; set on the edge of Abersoch, you have wildlife-rich countryside, beautiful beaches and the hubbub of a vibrant resort and its convenient amenities on your doorstep. Keen ramblers can choose from several walking routes that can be picked up in the village – a wander through Sarn Bach up to Cilan Head (2.5 miles) will offer up spectacular views of Ynys Enlli - Bardsey Island. Families can head to Abersoch Beach (1 mile) for traditional entertainment and a wide range of water sports activities, such as paddleboarding and sailing.

      This cottage is in an ideal location for walking into Abersoch and to the local beaches. Garden is secure so dog friendly. A well equipped property.

      A lovely little cottage in a convenient location. Close to the beach and a short walk into Abersoch.

      A lovely 2 bed cottage well stocked, clean, comfortable and well presented with newly fitted furnishings and recently decorated to a high standard. A good location for walking into the centre or the newly established farm shop opposite direction approx 500 yds and ease of access to the golf course (excellent course, friendly staff & members) and beach. In the rear garden there is use for half of a self-contained cabin with double bed and wash facilities. Quiet location with essential off street parking which in peak season would be an issue trying park around the centre of village.
