This stunning eco friendly farmhouse on the spectacular coastline of the LLyn Peninsula is the perfect holiday spot be it with a large group of family or friends. Seamlessly blending its original charm with modern updates, this large property is full of character and benefits from a fantastic location, a short stroll away from the famous surfing beach at Porth Neigwl. The house has its own wind turbine, air source heat pump and solar panels
Head straight for the living room to relax after a day out exploring and you’ll find an array of sumptuous sofas and armchairs in front of the wood burner and Smart TV. When it’s time to get cooking, the spacious kitchen ensures you have everything you need, with a generous amount of storage and surface space when cooking for large numbers. A sleek white dining table in the centre of the room is a perfect spot for breakfast, whilst the formal dining table is located just steps away, contrasting the contemporary kitchen style with a traditional oak table and chairs. Bedroom one, a double with an en-suite wet room, is located on the first floor for easy access with a lovely natural colour palette. Take the staircase up to the first floor and you’ll be in awe at the stained-glass windows. Alongside three bedrooms, two of which are doubles and one a twin, is a second, smaller living room where smaller groups can take some time out to watch a film or read a book in peace. Finally, four more rooms are located at the top of the house, each with their own individual style. Made up of three twin bedrooms and one double, the property offers flexibility in the sleeping arrangements catering to a wide array of groups. For summertime socials, the garden area is equipped with ample seating for meals outdoors, as well as an expanse of field where children and dogs can run and play.
Tour the coast on foot via the coastal path and you’ll be rewarded with beautiful, rugged scenery with walks towards Abersoch (4 miles) and Aberdaron (10 miles) offering varying levels of difficulty. From Abersoch, why not hop aboard a boat trip to explore the coast from a different perspective? You can visit the St Tudwals Islands and if you’re lucky, spot some of the local dolphins playing in the water.
Dr Graham-Cumming
Made welcome to a well-equipped house with ample space for our party of 14 - 7 adults, 7 children. Owners responded promptly and pleasantly to requests and reports of minor problems. The barns were great fun for the children, and the nearest beach was enjoyed several times. Plenty of local paths for walking and only a short drive to other beaches.
Mrs Owens
This is a large, sociable house in a great position. Very dog friendly and some great walks at your doorstep.
Mr Cross
Very spacious house, fully equipped for 16 guests. Excellent location, 5 mins to Hells Mouth beach and short drive into Abersoch.
