Guests have found their stay at 9 Braich Farm in Mynytho to be very enjoyable, praising its beautiful decoration, homely feel, and peaceful location. The lodge's deck is appreciated for relaxation after a day out, and the kitchen is well-equipped for home cooking. A nearby Thai restaurant adds to the convenience. Some concerns were raised about cleanliness and heating efficiency, but overall experiences reflect a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The lodge was generally found to be clean, with one report of silverfish and unclean kitchen utensils. This indicates good but not impeccable standards of cleanliness.
The location is highly praised for its tranquillity, views, and proximity to Abersoch and the Llyn Peninsula, making it an excellent base for exploring.
The lodge is considered comfortable and tastefully decorated. However, one guest mentioned that the heating might not be sufficient in colder weather, suggesting room for improvement.
Facilities are generally good, with a well-equipped kitchen and a nice balcony. However, there was an issue with the BBQ gas supply and some concerns about the heating, which affects the score.
There is no mention of gifts or extra thoughtful touches in the reviews provided, so it is not possible to assess this category.

A comfortable, tastefully decorated cabin in a very peaceful location. We really enjoyed our stay. The deck was a welcome spot after a warm day walking / at the beach and for a sunny breakfast al fresco. Kitchen is well equipped, clean and very practical to home-cook. Wonderful Thai restaurant / takeaway in Botwnnog. Note: the listing specifies that towels are not provided but we found they were supplied.
Mr Penny
The accommodation was quiet, clean and well placed. It was a cold week but the heaters were very good. We enjoyed our week!
Mrs Margaret Le Franc
For the most part the place was clean, apart from kitchen utensils & the cupboards need to be cleaned. There were silverfish in the cupboards. Also there wasn’t any gas in bbq, luckily the people next door let us use their gas. It also wasn’t clear on the website that the cottage was in fact a caravan in a caravan site, rather than an actual cottage. Possibly wouldn’t want to stay there if it was any colder than this past weekend, as the heating was not very strong on the one night we needed to use it. It was however quiet and had a nice balcony overlooking a valley, and we were able to have breakfast and dinner a couple of days.
