Guests have consistently praised the property for its cleanliness, comfort, and peaceful location. The proximity to the beach and local amenities like pubs and shops is frequently highlighted. The upside-down layout with a balcony is well-received, and the property is described as well-equipped and beautifully decorated. Some guests mentioned thoughtful touches like a welcome pack upon arrival.
Reviewers consistently describe the property as spotlessly clean, with several comments highlighting the cleanliness of various rooms and facilities. This suggests a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach, local shops, and pubs. The peaceful setting and easy access to coastal paths are also appreciated. The only minor drawback mentioned is the lack of street lighting, but this is offset by the positive comments about the location's tranquility and natural beauty.
Comfort is frequently mentioned, with guests finding the beds comfortable and the living spaces cosy. The upside-down layout with bedrooms downstairs is noted as a positive feature, and the balcony adds to the overall comfort of the property.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, with mentions of a well-equipped kitchen and reliable WiFi. However, there are comments about a leaking radiator and a non-functional coffee machine, which suggest some maintenance issues, although these seem to be isolated incidents.
Guests have mentioned welcome packs with items like Welsh cakes, bread, and milk, indicating a level of thoughtfulness. However, as these gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, they should be considered a pleasant bonus rather than an expectation.

We only used 2 during our stay so was a pain to go and buy more just for one roll. £450 for 4 nights which was fab but surely that could supply 2 toilet rolls???

The house was very cosy with easy access to the beach and nearby towns. It would be helpful to have provided some essentials such as more than one toilet roll, shampoo, body wash. The milk in the fridge was a nice gesture after a long drive. We were surprised that the front of the house is a stones throw away from a graveyard. We were okay with this but if you came to escape a bereavement then this would unlikely be the place for you. Overall an enjoyable stay for our family and dogs. Thank you
Emma
The house was beautifully clean and really well equipped. The beds were very comfy and there was everything we needed for a great stay. The location is perfect with just a short walk into Llanbedrog. We will definitely return!
