Nestled in the attractive harbour town of Abersoch is this dormer bungalow, 240 Cae Du. Boasting a contemporary, open-plan design, this inviting retreat is perfect for families of six seeking a seaside escape to North Wales. After parking up in the off-road parking space, step into your new home-from-home, directly into the open-plan living space, boasting a light and airy feel. Allow the designated chef to become acquainted in the kitchen, home to all the essentials for preparing culinary delights, plus there’s even a washing machine so you can freshen up your wardrobe. Serve up dinner at the dining table before retreating to the sofas for an evening of relaxation; warm your toes by the woodburning stove as you get together and choose a film on the Smart TV. As the evening becomes darker, make yourself at home in one of the bedrooms, with the ground-floor providing a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, whilst upstairs there is a second kind-size and a twin with bunk beds, both neutrally presented. When you’re ready to explore, pack up your seaside essentials and head to the local beaches, where you can rent boats to sail and surf boards to make the most of the stunning waters. Before strolling across the harbour and along the shoreline, set out on foot to stock up on the necessities or have a bite to eat at the Fresh Bar & Grill or The Cove Abersoch. Those keen golfers can tee off at Abersoch Golf Club, whilst those looking to get their steps in can wander around the Llyn Peninsula, providing stunning coastal views. A charming place to visit is Criccieth, which has a beautiful beach, charming shops, cafes, and a castle that may be explored. 240 Cae Du provides a heart-warming retreat to Gwynedd’s fine coast.
Wales' Llyn Peninsula, where the charming harbour community of Abersoch is located, is well known for its spectacular scenery and extensive hiking trails. The hamlet, which is nestled between two beautiful bays, is one of North Wales' most well-liked sailing locations, hosting significant regattas there all summer long. Together with several bars, eateries, and cafes, there are many stores that cater to tourists. Also, there are options for golfers because there is a course just outside the hamlet, and there are also local horseback riding facilities. Watersports fans can enjoy a variety of activities, including dinghy sailing, water skiing, and windsurfing, in addition to the world-famous surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell's Mouth). The area's most well-liked beach is likely the lengthy, sandy Abersoch Main Beach. The Llyn Peninsula is surrounded by a fantastic range of beaches, including the stunning and frequently quiet Porth Ceriad, with its high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). The National Trust owns the majority of the coastline, which is home to numerous secluded bays, sandy beaches, cliffs, and wildlife havens like Bardsey Island.

The bottle of prosecco on arrival was a lovely welcome. We felt very much at home straight away, some lovely touches made it so easy with a dog no matter the weather, porch as you enter, separate utility room with a heated airer! Highly recommended.
