Tan Bryn 1 is a well-received holiday rental in Aberdaron, praised for its cleanliness, prime location near the beach, and comfortable furnishings. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen and the property's proximity to local amenities. While some mention operational noise from the premises below and occasional maintenance issues, the overall sentiment is positive, with many looking forward to returning.
Guests consistently note the property as spotless and well-maintained, with particular praise for the cleaning staff. The high level of cleanliness contributes significantly to the positive experience of the guests.
The property's location is highly regarded, being just a short walk from the beach and close to local shops and pubs. The convenience and beauty of the location are frequently mentioned, although some noise from the business below is noted.
The majority of guests find the apartment comfortable, with a particularly comfortable bed and a pleasant outdoor seating area. Some concerns about the dining seating and noise levels prevent a perfect score.
Facilities are generally well-received, with a fully equipped kitchen and good decor. However, some guests report issues with dining chairs, a non-working TV, and a lack of a washing machine, indicating room for improvement in maintenance and facilities.
There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches beyond the standard amenities provided, so it is not possible to assess the thoughtfulness category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

First floor flat was as you would expect, clean, warm and comfortable with an airy fresh feel. Cooking facilities are first class with everything youâre likely to need in the open plan kitchen-lounge. Daily hour long walks along the beach with the dog, coastal path on your door step. The noise from building work below in the fish & chip shop was intrusive on the odd occasion we were in during the day. Fish & chip shop due to reopen in March 25. Worth noting no hand soap, dishwasher tabs and only one loo roll provided so not a problem to bring youâre own . Owner provided clear car parking options.

Our only niggle was the patio shared with Tan Bryn 2 which was fine just if both have dogs it could be a problem perhaps a gate between the two places.. fortunately both dogs got on.. We'll hopefully be back if there availability soon

A little disappointed that the flat wasn't serviced for our second week, fortunately I had taken my own tea towels (only 2 provided) but would have liked clean sheets and towels. The local Spar sells toilet rolls, as again only 2 provided, so wasn't really a problem. We will not be returning to these flats for the foreseeable NOT because of any of the above but our 12 and half year old golden retriever struggled to get up and down the flight of steps.
