Guests say

11 Min Y Mor in Pwllheli is a well-regarded holiday cottage, praised for its stunning sea views, particularly from the balcony and top bedroom. Guests appreciate the property's cleanliness, comfortable beds, and the convenience of its location, with easy access to the beach and local amenities. While some guests suggest updates and additional facilities could enhance the stay, the overall experience is positive, with many looking forward to returning.

The property is generally described as clean and tidy, with several guests specifically noting its cleanliness. However, a few guests mentioned areas that could benefit from additional attention, such as windows and garden furniture.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach and the peacefulness of the area. Guests love the sea views and the convenience of being within walking distance to the town and local attractions.

Guests find the beds very comfortable and the living spaces ample and cosy. Some guests, however, noted that the sofas could be more comfortable and that the property could benefit from additional showers and fans for warmer nights.

The property is well-equipped with a good kitchen and a nice shower room. However, guests have suggested improvements such as adding a shower upstairs, a washing machine, and addressing maintenance issues like the patio doors and garden upkeep.

While guests have mentioned thoughtful touches like chocolates on arrival and 'home from home' extras, there is not enough consistent information across reviews to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such gifts are not guaranteed.

.just outstanding! Lovely balcony, with the best view. Three story, rooms all a great size a very well equipped kitchen, which also has lovely views of the hills. Fab place to stay, would definitely recommend and will be back

Kitchen had all we needed. Wasn’t an issue only having a shower room downstairs and a bonus having a loo upstairs. The sofas had seen better days were not comfortable at all especially the three seater. There are some tired looking areas which needed a freshen up and things that needed attention. Hanging empty fire blanket holder, torch which didn’t work, wardrobes full of clutter didn’t feel like you would want to use them - we didn’t. The main let down was the entrance very dirty, recycling inside which smelled awful, last people’s recycling still in there, windows not clean. Back garden - great area having bought our dog but the last guests had left filled poo bags out there - to add we cleaned up after ours and removed ours. Was a lovely few days away, we visited most places along the coast, we more than happy to just sit on the balcony breathing in the sea air.

The only criticism I would give is that the property needs an upstairs shower and a tv in the twin bedroom that works . , would definitely return
