Perfect for a big trip to Abersoch, this gorgeous property has easy access to the village on the tip of the beautiful Llyn Peninsula and is a great place to explore Wales. There’s room for two families, plus a few friends and a couple of dogs, so load up and head out!
This property’s layout is upside down, so the first things you’ll find when you enter are the bedrooms. They’re bright, airy and arranged in a variety of ways for flexible sleeping arrangements. Then head upstairs to find an elegant kitchen with a breakfast bar, which flows into a dining room and living area so everyone can socialise, cook and eat in a busy, friendly environment. In the evenings, move to the lounge and organise a games night in front of the roaring wood burner, or continue through the patio doors to the balcony. This has incredible views. Directly below the balcony is a covered patio area with a bench, and you’ll be surrounded by beautiful gardens with lots to enjoy. The garden has a patio area and seating plus a charcoal BBQ.
There is a handy utility/games room that has a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. The utility/games room has with a 5ft pool table, mini table tennis, darts board and a Bluetooth music speaker. Perfect for kids and adults on wet days or to enjoy some friendly competition in the evening.
There’s something for everyone in Abersoch. The property is a mile from the centre of the village, where you’ll find restaurants, pubs and local shops, and it’s well worth exploring. It also heads directly onto a long, sandy beach for sandcastle and paddling enthusiasts, and you can catch boats here which will take you on tours of the surrounding islands. There’s plenty of wildlife to be seen, and lots of history too! Abersoch has ongoing archaeological expeditions which offer a fascinating insight into the area’s past, or you can head 15 miles over to Criccieth Castle for an educational afternoon. Don’t forget your swimming costume, as there are plenty of options for water sports which aren’t to be missed.

What a fabulous property, beautifully kept and well equipped! Some fabulous walks straight from the property and plenty of beaches to choose from. We were a party of 4 adults, 11 children and 2 dogs, there was plenty of space for us all, and the kitchen, dining space was fantastic. Would recommend.

Excellent location and size for a large family holiday. Within walking distance of beach and all amenities, plenty of rooms and private garden.

Absolutely beautiful house with incredible views of the sea and farmland. Lovely wildlife seen such as herons, butterflies, bats and rabbits. The rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious! The three single beds in a room were perfect for the children. The bottom floor shower is really good (the top one good for a quick wash). The kitchen has lots of modern technology e.g. air fryer, huge fridge freezer and induction hob. Loads of cupboard space and areas to sit. The balcony has to be the highlight of this property as it gets all the morning sunshine! Garden super and great for the children, BBQs and dog. Games room was good fun! Owners were really attentive and answered any queries we had. Our only negative was the check out time. 5 children to get ready, grandparents to help and to pack up and leave before 9am was a bit of a stressful rush which is a shame because a holiday is meant to be relaxing. The 5pm check out means that you are paying for a week but losing 8 hours. A 10 or 11am check out would be more inviting and also feel like you weren’t cut short on your holiday. We would absolutely recommend this property though and the surrounding area.
