23 Beach Road is nestled in the town of Y Felinheli, offering a lovely base for a family or group of friends looking to explore Gwynedd and the surrounding coast and countryside of Wales. A homely kitchen offers a great selection of amenities to cater to your culinary needs, and family mealtimes can be enjoyed at the dining space in the living/dining room. Here there is also a sitting space and TV where guests can relax with a coffee as they plan their holiday itinerary. Freshen up in the bathroom or separate shower room before cosying up in one of the two well-presented bedrooms, choosing between a double and a king. Y Felinheli offers a selection of amenities and attractions, including local bars and eateries such as Garddfon Inn and Tafarn Y Fic, as well as a convenience store where guests can stock up on essentials. The town rests beside the Menai Strait and offers a local sailing club and coastal walks, and further from the property guests will find watersports activities at Plas Menai National Outdoor Centre. Further from the property, enjoy a trip to the beautiful Anglesey, where there are many stunning beaches, walks through Anglesey Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a sea zoo, watersports options and historic sites such as Beaumaris Castle. Y Felinheli, formerly know as Port Dinorwic, is situated on the beautiful Menai Strait between the historic town of Caernarfon and the cathedral city of Bangor. Home to a small, established yachting marina with an interesting lock (allowing boats to enter or leave before cruising down the Straits to the open sea), this small village also has a couple of pubs, a restaurant and cafe in the dock area, a shop and Post Office, a beautician, a hairdresser and several great restaurants on the nearby Island of Anglesey. Visitors to this lovely region are spoilt for choice, with stunning Snowdonia, the beautiful Llyn Peninsula, or the sandy beaches of the Isle of Anglesey all within easy reach.
