Guests say

Graig Y Don is a spacious cottage with superb sea views, well-equipped for family stays. Guests enjoyed the high-quality fittings, comfortable beds, and the proximity to Amroth beach. The property's multiple levels and steps were noted, but the stunning views and location compensated for any inconvenience.

There is no specific mention of cleanliness in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide an accurate score.

The location is highly praised for its fabulous beach views and proximity to local amenities. The ability to enjoy coastal walks and the nearby pub adds to the appeal, despite some concerns about parking distance.

The property is described as having super comfortable beds and high-quality towels and bed linen, indicating a high level of comfort. However, the presence of many steps may affect comfort for some guests.

The well-equipped kitchen and lovely bathrooms are appreciated, but the mention of a tiny freezer and the need for a bit of TLC suggests that there is room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.

While guests did not receive a welcome pack as expected, there is no consistent mention of gifts or additional thoughtful touches to accurately assess this category.

All bedrooms have been designed with pretty decor and lovely linen, promising a comfortable night’s sleep. The furnished balcony to the front is the perfect spot to watch sunsets with a glass of wine, or play card games in the sun, permanently accompanied by sea views. The lawn and patio area around the back is great for the kids and dogs to play in whilst you enjoy your morning coffee or catch up on your book.

Absolutely brilliant, the house was fantastic - very well equipped kitchen, fabulous bathrooms and super comfy beds. Perfect for a family weekend away. Right on the beach, spectacular sea views. Lots of great places to eat nearby!

A lovely location right opposite the most fabulous beach with amazing views. Lots of steps but didn't cause many challenges for my 2 year old grandson. House is well equipped but does need a little tlc to make it wonderful.  Tiny freezer box rather than a full size freezer but great wine fridge!  Showers were lovely.

This property states that the parking facilities are 2 seconds away, maybe as the crow flies. The parking is in the local car park down the road( no pavement) and up the side road opposite the pub. It's a good way when you are carrying heavy luggage and have to make several trips. There were no parking permits at the property as promised, and we did not receive a 'Welcome pack' Steep steps to front door, balcony/patio area in front not suitable for young children (has no gate) 2 x flights of steep stairs inside property and the patio in the sloping not very usable back garden, is accessed via steep semi spiral stone steps from a small yard. Property is more suitable for an adult week-end retreat, rather than a weeks stay for a family.
