The Bungalow in Fishguard offers a well-equipped, spacious and comfortable stay with a garden that is appreciated by both pets and guests. Its central location is ideal for exploring local sights and shops. Guests have enjoyed the welcoming touches and the property's proximity to coastal walks and beaches. While some maintenance issues have been noted, the overall experience has been positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Reviews indicate a mix of experiences regarding cleanliness. Some guests found the property spotless, while others noted issues with dust, cobwebs, and mould. The presence of a damp smell and the need for extra cleaning in certain areas have been mentioned, suggesting room for improvement.

The location is highly praised for its central position in Fishguard, with easy access to shops, local sights, and coastal walks. The quiet area and proximity to town centre shops and beautiful beaches contribute to a positive experience for guests.

Guests have found the bungalow spacious, comfortable, and well-decorated, with a cosy atmosphere. However, some guests mentioned uncomfortable furniture and issues with dampness affecting their comfort, which slightly detracts from the overall comfort score.

The property is well-equipped with everyday utensils and offers a generous welcome pack. However, guests have reported maintenance issues such as problems with the shower, heating, and digital hob. While the facilities generally meet guests' needs, attention to maintenance details could enhance the experience.

Many guests appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as welcome packs with Welsh goodies, which added to their holiday experience. It is important to note that such gifts, while often mentioned, are a bonus and not guaranteed with every stay.

Unfortunately in the two and a half years since last staying there the property hasn't been touched at all. The settee's are so uncomfortable. Microwave was dirty hard cheese left in it, and the utensils were also dirty. Kitchen door didn't fit, there was a dehumidifier on when we got there which told us the property must still be damp and this was the problem we had previously, Kitchen hob was a nightmare to use. it kept turning itself off, It only has 2 small and 1 medium saucepans so very hard to cook a Sunday dinner, The microwave is on top of the tall fridge/freezer which is no good if you are short like me. I had to stand on a chair to use it properly. There was dog mess left out in the grass. The dirty caravan is still at the side of the property and it makes the bungalow look very shoddy and dated. There is no file available to tell guests how the bungalow works, i.e how to switch on the heating, a fools guide step by step on how to work the oven and hob as the instructions we found in the drawer were not very explanatory. The area in which the bungalow is situated is lovely and quiet but I could not go back to the bungalow as the owners seem to only want the money and not prepared to update the property. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property for staying in One positive is that the welcome back was a nice gesture.

Kitchen was nicely equipped with all we needed apart from a teapot. The garden was perfectly safe for our dog. As other people have said, the water from the shower took absolutely ages to drain away and nearly went over the top of the tray!! Nice clean and comfy beds.

Marine Walk is fabulous with stunning coastal views. Whilst out walking our little dog we found everyone to be extremely friendly.
